Thrift Town VIP Loyalty Program –
Terms and Conditions
By signing up for and participating in the Thrift Town VIP Loyalty Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
Participation is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and reside in the United States. Businesses, organizations, or groups may not participate.
2. Enrollment
Enrollment in the Program is free. By completing the VIP sign-up form, you may agree to receive promotional communications from Thrift Town, including emails and SMS, as applicable.
3. Use of Personal Information
Information collected through the VIP sign-up form is securely stored and used only for promotional purposes by Thrift Town. Your data will not be shared, sold, or used for any purpose beyond the scope of this program.
4. Earning Points
Points are earned based on eligible purchases made in-store:
- You will receive one (1) point for every one (1) dollar spent, excluding taxes and fees.
- Points will only be awarded on qualifying purchases at participating locations.
- Accelerator Days, during which you may earn additional points per dollar spent, will be clearly announced and promoted in advance.
5. Redeeming Points
- Accumulated points can be redeemed for designated VIP rewards, as outlined in the store’s current rewards catalog or promotions.
- Rewards cannot be redeemed in combination with any other sales, discounts, or promotional offers.
- Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
6. Expiration and Account Management
- Points may expire after 12 months of inactivity. Thrift Town reserves the right to adjust expiration timelines with advance notice.
- Thrift Town reserves the right to revoke points or terminate a member’s account if abuse of the program is detected.
7. Modifications and Termination
Thrift Town reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice. Any changes to these terms will be posted in-store and/or on our website.
8. Limitation of Liability
Thrift Town is not responsible for any technical issues, system errors, or other conditions that may prevent the proper operation of the Program or redemption of points.
